DEFENDANT ENTERED A PLEA OF guilty on 12/23/2016 to Count 1
of the Indictment.
THE COURT HAS ADJUDICATED THAT THE DEFENDANT IS GUILTY OF THE
FOLLOWING OFFENSE(S): violating Title 21, U.S.C. §846,
841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(D), Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to
Distribute Less than 50 Kilograms of Marijuana, a Class D
felony offense, as charged in Count 1 of the Indictment.
THE JUDGMENT OF THIS COURT THAT the defendant is committed to
the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of TWELVE
(12) MONTHS AND ONE (1) DAY, with credit for time served.
Upon release from imprisonment, the defendant shall be placed
on supervised release for a term of THREE (3) YEARS.
